Tried once again to get Smudge bum to eat chicken necks last night, no luck. Trusty Spider however hoed into them with gusto while Smudge walked around asking “Where is my real dinner, not this #$%%^”. He got biscuits later but I am hoping the same that works with children will work with Smudge. The idea that you need to offer a new food a number of times before one gives up. I will keep you posted on that one.

Yesterday I reported on my mission to get Scooby’s to my class, the whole story blow by blow. They truly believed at the beginning I had not been able to find them at the shops. However at the end I revealed the 6 packets and they clapped their hands, I got an applause from my class!!! What’s more they worked cooperatively in sharing methods to use the scooby’s and this really impressed me. Got to confess I am not much of a journal writer. I was supposed to be doing one and I plum forgot. I could do one on the computer here, Doogie Howser style???
Anyway it may be what I need to move forward in life in a swifter motion, who knows. I bet Leanne does!!
