The great cat escape, Square Rock rules and why are men so confusing???

Saturday 2nd January 2010

It's a figment of your imagination, I am not on "The table".

Now if I concentrate really carefully it will move by itself.

I can not believe it is already the 2nd day of the year. It is great to read some of the messages people have written on their blogs especially by T on the blog “It matters to me”, seriously worth reading and following, so inspiring.
Oh yeah you are wondering about the great cat escape, Spider managed to open the sliding door to their enclosure this afternoon and both boys had a skulk around the yard in a very timid looking way. Inside I was having a major panic attack but calmly I walked outside and scooped up Spider, Smudge followed. When we all got back inside my legs were shaking.
The walk yesterday was undertaken with my friend Lois. it’s a 10 km return walk and it took us about 3 hours, we took lots of photos and really enjoyed the view at the rock and shared lunch with the Skinks there (very different to the Booroomba rock skinks).

Fringe lillies.

Stepping stones.

The view is breathtaking.

Some of the amazing rocks.

Mmm that sun feels so good.

Lois walking where I did not dare to.
The man saga continues, we (Coota and I) had planned to do dinner last night but nothing was open being New Year and all that. We ended up at McDonalds, LOL. Time will tell as to how this budding relationship progresses, my attitude is if it is meant to be it will be but I wish I could read a mans mind honestly.

How scary that Spider and Smudge got out but thankfully you noticed in time and got them in quickly! Phew!

The views on your walk were gorgeous! Lois looks like she's walking out in the middle of midair though.

Thanks for visiting my blog today! I wish you a happy and healthy 2010!

It must have been scary when Spider and Smudge got out. I am glad that you caught up with them before they strayed. The views of your walk are gorgeous. I like your attitude about your relationship with Coota boy.

Thanks for your comments, it was scary so now more close supervision when they are in enclosure.
