Sherrie and Smudge

Hello,

Here are Smudge and Sherridan on the weekend.

Just wondering if anyone out there has been called Namby Pamby, I looked it up as someone told me it was me. I am deciding it is the childish element I will embrace and disregard the rest and that is why people see me as younger than my 40 years.

Anyway it only makes me more determined in that I am making the right decision in moving away from traditional teaching.

Aww, a sweet photo!

"Namby pamby" is not an expression often heard here, though the mom knows of it. It's come to mean, generally, weak and ineffectual and just from your blog, we certainly do NOT get that impression about you!

No swiss chard is a very good tasting green. Spinach is bitter when mature. Swiss chard is never bitter. We like baby spinach. We eat a variety of green 3 or 4 times a week. Greens help keep cancer away. We have a lot of cancer in our family so we are trying to prevent it in us!!
You are a very good looking girl, not a Namby Pamby!!!! Kea is right, you are anything but weak!!!

Hey Kas,

Congratulations on securing the house deal. Being excited and scared all at the same time is very normal; it's a huge step!

Can't wait for you to get moved and settled in your new home!!!

Such a sweet photo of Sherrie and Smudge!

We hadn't heard of a Namby pamby before but don't think it applies to you.
