Spider found a sun puddle this morning and was so snuggly!!!
It is all happening here, yesterday was just the impetus I needed to get things happening. I got a reply to my offer of a drop in price by $10,000, this is a sign of a keen vendor. My dad needs to check the property out more before I make any more offers as I told the agent so I have been on the phone arranging my dad and my sister's visit to the property for early next week.
