Helping a friend.

Hi folks,

Well today a good friend came over for a cup of tea and some of my homemade (and prob a bit strange) ginger cookies. She is having trouble with her teenager and while I mentioned some ideas I alluded to the fact I have no children (unless one can count a pretend adopted daughter and two rambunctious cats).

One thing I did say was to repeat the affirmation "I have a harmonious relationship with my daughter" and gave her some rose quartz so she can channel love. I am sending her all my positive thoughts.

In regards to my open house, well it was a slow Saturday and we were late getting on the internet (Thursday night). Only two people visited the house,  however I know it is proceeding perfectly.

I am in mum's craft cupboard, paper, YIPPEE!!!!!!!!

Raising teenagers is like nailing jelly to a tree.

Have fun with the paper!

Teenagers are tough; I have two 15 year old step daughters in my life from a past relationship and it's a lot different than 30 years ago when I was 15 :)!!...Hang in there with the house; at least it is ready to be shown and you can get some more publicity out there for your next open house...Best of luck...xoxo...J, Calle, Halle, Sukki

Hey, maybe the teenager needs a calming collar!

Sorry the open house was so slow but once the word gets out that your house is on the market, things will pick up!
