Yesterday was a full on day with a lovely 5/6 class and it was only when I took all the year 6's that the "FUN" began. After I got rid of the rude trouble maker we were able to go on with the drama rehearsal.
I woke up by the way, realising that I had left my water tank running all night. So I was berating myself for a while about that waste of water. (I know it will rain soon!!!!)
The other FUN incident was playing duster hockey against the other much sicker teacher and losing in the most apalling fashion. It is cathartic to write it here but I am still godsmacked at how athletic she was while suffering double asthma and a chest infection.
A very special friend made my day during a short balckout we had last night. I had happened top think of Sherrie yesterday and she bravely knocked at my front door while standing near a huge spider.
