I saw a message while I was in Sydney along the lines of " instead of hiding from the storm, learn to dance in the rain".
To me this is all about embracing life and being thankful for what each of us has.
Today I am grateful for my two furry and entertaining cats and the knowledge that I am closer to finding my land. I have found a property that seems amazing, only thing is that is not close to my folks. Gotta do some thinking!!!
We are watching ane earwig, mum lets us play with them for a while.

Earwigs are very entertaining.
Good luck with the property search
Yes, life is about learning to dance in the rain, all right. Easier said that done, often. I think it comes down to acceptance of things as they are, instead of wishing for things to be different. That doesn't mean you give up and never try, but it does mean saying, "This is what Is in the present moment," and going from there.
As for earwigs....Eeewwwww, gross. LOL.
Dancing in the rain is purrfect, just don't let the music stop!
We have never seen an earwig but our mom has and they creep her out! So we dont' think she would let us play with one.
We hope that the property search goes well - you will know when it is the right one - this may be it and if not then another will come along.
Today I am grateful for you, because we needed your message today. Thanks.
Love the quote, have always liked the "dancing in the rain" idea=I will never forget embracing the moment at the World's Fair in New Orleans in 1984 and dancing in the rain in the middle of the night instead of running inside like many others did=a lovely, liberating memory!!...Make the most of every moment sweet friend...Listen to your gut and heart and you will know what to do about the property...kisses to your beautiful boys, hugs to you...J, Calle, Halle, Sukki
We don't know what an earwig is but it sounds funny. Hope you two had fun with it!
We hope the property works out and you do a lot of dancing in the rain!
Ah yes. Need a bit of rain dancing ....
My guys like to play with centipedes - yikes they gives me the willies!
Embrace your obstacles because there will always be something :)
Hi! I just realized that I wasn't subscribed to your blog. That has been taken care of. Now, we can visit more often. Thanks for coming by each day.
I like the thought of dancing in the rain. There are a lot of thunderstorms in life!
