Just what does mum keep in this bag???

What does mum have in her bag, lets have a look.
She's got a scarf, a drink bottle and a nice red wallet
Now that gets rid of the wallet, what else is in there.

Hello everybody,

I have been mulching again today, that is chopping up all the branches I pruned from my fruit trees.

Today has been a day to reflect and think about how the idea of selling my house and having a long settlement would work well in my favour. It will mean I have the luxury of looking for my property for three months and then renting near the coast ( a last option but not one I would mind as it is a special place for me).

Then I get a call from the real estate in Merimbula (just then), the property is still availiable but there is an offer on it (this I found out on Friday when both Ian (The agent helping me sell my house).

This latest call was to confirm the bank is open to a long settlement, this is interesting with an offer already on it??? Mind you an agent can say whatever he likes.

My feelings are that if it is meant to be it will be!!! THis is what I told the agent too.

It's impawtant to make sure your mom has all the necessary things in (or out) of her bag!

Hope the property works out but agree that if it's meant to be it will be!
