Hello everyone,
I am back, lots of travelling yesterday and looked at a property in an area called Wootton. A nice area but the property was rather damp, on a slope and full of Lantana ( a bad noxious weed here in OZ). I will keep looking. A sign the owner had was amusing!!!
The dogs are here on the island, Dude and Piper.

Yes, I can see that one would want to pass on a damp (swampy?) property full of toxic weeds. LOL.
