Today the owner of my dream property and myself agreed on a price, $20,000 below the asking price. So now I have engaged a solicitor for the new place and the ball has begun to roll towards contract exchange.
Yes the feeling of excitement and being scared is back again, I was telling my dad this and he understands big life changes towards ones life purpose often bring this feeling.
Tonight it is a go to bed early night after an hour of mulching and weeding, that is aftre a day teaching too!!!
I is watching a spider, that is an arachnid not my best buddy the feline.
